At Trendz Rejuvenation Medi-Spa we are pleased to offer popular massage treatments, which can be adapted to your individual needs such as relaxation and stress relieve; or for injury rehabilitation and muscle strengthening. Our therapists are properly trained and have medical backgrounds to handle the problems that you may present.

Hawaiian 4 Hand Massage:  Different parts of the body are massaged at the same time by two massage therapist simultaneously.The therapists use fluid wave-like motions that are intended to restore balance to the body, mind and soul of the recipient. 50mins $180

Rejuvenating Massage: Our signature therapeutic massage, which incorporates both Swedish and deep tissue techniques and our personally pre-blended essential oils.  This session also includes your choice of stretching exercises, heat pack therapy or Biofreeze –a pain relieving gel. This one-of-a-kind gentle, therapeutic and nurturing treatment is the ultimate session to include all facets of a great massage treatment. 90 minutes$140.

Hot Stone Massage: The application of deep penetrating heat through heated stones in combination with Swedish massage and essential oils. Hot stone therapy creates a profound healing reaction and enables the body to enter a deep state of relaxation. 75minutes $125

Heat Pack Signature: The Ultimate stress/pain reliever incorporating heat with Deep Tissue and Swedish techniques. This is a great session for anyone with shoulder, knee or lower back pain or injury. This is where Physical Therapy meets Massage Therapy. 60 minutes $100

Trendz Head-to-Toe: A soothing medium pressure massage to connect and balance the entire body, the ultimate tension reliever. More attention is given to the scalp and feet.   60 minutes $100

Deep Tissue Massage: Our therapeutic deep pressure technique of elbow and forearm glide are used in this sophisticated massage to achieve a truly effective deep tissue session that releases chronic pain focusing on the deeper layers of muscle tissue in targeted areas but not the full body. 60 minutes $90

Maternity Massage: A treatment for mothers-to-be in the 2nd and 3rd trimester. This massage helps to relieve edema in the feet, leg cramps, back discomfort and lower back pain.  Increases circulation, reduce tension and promotes relaxation. This is a great session for the unborn baby and the mom. 60minutes $90; 30mins $60. This gentle and nurturing treatment will leave you feeling very relaxed and restore your peace of mind incorporating the benefits of custom blended pure essential oils with Swedish massage techniques. 60 minutes $85

Relaxation Massage: A classic Swedish massage of light long strokes, which will relieve tension, soothe the nerves and completely relax the mind/body. 60 minutes $80

Hand and Foot massage with Reflexology:  45 minutes $80

Target or Deep Target Massage: The therapist will work on the areas specified (upper or lower body) to relieve muscle tension and reduce stress. 30 minutes $45 with Swedish, $60 with Deep Tissue & stretching.

Foot Massage with Reflexology: This treatment is based on the ancient theory that each body organ corresponds to a Reflex point in the foot. A gentle pressure point massage helps release any blockage and re-establish energy flow to improve circulation and relief pain. 30 minutes $55

Seated Back Massage: Fully clothed, this seated back massage is a great way to relieve tension and tightness in the shoulders, back and neck and also release stress when time is limited. A lunch time great treat. 30 minutes $40
